This notice explains the current information practices for sparoahelle.com. The website is an informational launch page for Sparoah Elle and does not currently provide child accounts, online purchases, or direct child-facing digital experiences.
Information we receive
This website does not currently use an embedded contact form, advertising tracker, or analytics tool. Our website host may process limited technical information—such as an IP address, browser type, device information, and request time—in ordinary server and security logs. When an adult chooses to contact us by email, we receive the information included in that message, such as the adult’s name, email address, and questions.
Children’s information
This website is directed to parents and caregivers, not children. We do not knowingly ask children to submit personal information through this website. Adults should not email sensitive or unnecessary information about a child, including photos, videos, voice recordings, school information, health information, or precise location.
Children’s privacy
Sparoah Elle is built for parents and caregivers acting on behalf of their children. This website does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13, and we do not invite, request, or permit children to create accounts, submit information, or otherwise interact with this site.
When an adult requests Founding Family Pilot information, we ask only for that adult’s own contact details, such as a name and an email address. Please do not send personal information about a child — including a name, an age, a photo, a school, or a location — through this website or by email to us.
Personalized material created as part of a Quest is prepared with a parent or caregiver involved, using only the limited context that adult chooses to provide, and is reviewed by a person before it is delivered to a family.
If we learn that a child has sent us personal information directly, without a parent or caregiver involved, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, write to privacy@sparoahelle.com and we will address it.
We do not sell, rent, or share information relating to children, and we do not use any such information for advertising or marketing.
How email information is used
Information sent by email may be used to respond to an inquiry, share requested information about a future Founding Family pilot, maintain a record of the conversation, and protect the security and integrity of the business.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers only when reasonably necessary to operate business communications, comply with law, prevent harm, or protect legal rights.
Data choices
An adult may ask us to stop future communications or delete an inquiry from our active records, subject to legal, security, and recordkeeping obligations.
Changes to this notice
This notice will be updated before the website adds purchasing, waitlist forms, analytics, personalized fulfillment, or other information practices not described here.
