The story behind Sparoah Elle
It began with one unexpected birthday answer.
As Gregory’s daughter approached her eighth birthday, he offered her two summer experiences: gymnastics and a children’s AI class. When asked what she wanted, she chose both—and explained why:
“Because I want to start my own company.”
That answer revealed something bigger. Girls often carry ideas long before adults create intentional space for them to explore those ideas. Sparoah Elle was created to help families make that space—together.
Parents often see the spark—the questions, sketches, plans, and possibilities—but do not always have a clear way to help an idea move forward without taking it over. A Quest gives families an intentional path to listen, encourage, and help one idea take its next meaningful step.

The Power Within
A personalized, parent-led experience designed to help a girl explore an idea she cares about, bring it to life, and discover how her gifts can make a difference.
The Power Within is the first in a planned series of Quests. Each one is meant to stand on its own as a complete family experience rather than an ongoing course. Length and pace are being shaped with founding families, so a Quest is worked through together at a family’s own pace rather than on a fixed schedule.

Built with legacy in mind
A father’s attention. A daughter’s spark. A shared purpose.
Sparoah Elle began with Gregory Douglas’s daughter on his shoulders, arms raised high, announcing that she was queen of the world. He paid attention, and made it his job to help her feel that way all the time: not just special, but safe enough to believe it.
One summer, she told him she had decided to start her own business. He was thrilled and said they could build it together, but before he could say anything more, she stopped him. She had thought of it all by herself, she said. “That’s because I have the same mind as you.”
That moment showed him what a girl does when she feels safe and seen: she claims her own ideas.
He had seen that belief before, in his older daughter, now grown. She has never stopped believing she can do whatever she sets out to do, and then doing it. A serial entrepreneur, she has built ventures in real estate, beauty, and fitness, and she’s now earning her MBA.
Today he brings that same attention, along with more than 25 years as an enterprise technology architect, to a deeply personal mission: creating safe, thoughtful experiences that help girls explore what they can build and who they can bless, and building something worthy of a child’s trust and a family’s time.
Before you ask for pilot information
Questions parents ask us.
Does a girl talk to an AI?
No. Sparoah Elle is parent-led. Personalized material is drafted with AI assistance behind the scenes and reviewed by a person before it reaches a family. The conversation inside a Quest is between a girl and her parent or caregiver.
What information do you collect, and about whom?
Only what an adult sends us by email — a name, an email address, and whatever questions that adult chooses to ask. We do not invite children to create accounts on this site, and we ask adults not to send personal information about a child at this stage.
What does the Founding Family Pilot cost?
That is still being decided. Whatever it turns out to be is shared in the pilot details, in writing, before a family is asked to commit to anything.
How long does a Quest take?
Length and pace are being shaped with founding families, which is part of what the pilot is for. A Quest is designed to be worked through together at a family’s own pace rather than on a fixed schedule.
What ages is this designed for?
The Power Within is designed for girls ages 7–11, with a parent or caregiver guiding the experience from start to finish.
Does requesting information commit a family to anything?
No. Requesting information does not guarantee selection or enroll a child. It starts a conversation so an adult can see the details and decide whether the pilot is right for their family.
